1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SafeZoneNet's zero-trust networking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SafeZoneNet provides a zero-trust networking platform that enables secure connectivity between devices, users, and resources. The Service includes:
- Mesh networking infrastructure
- Assisted access-control policy workflows
- WireGuard-based encryption
- Management console and APIs
- Global relay network
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware or malicious code
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Interfere with other users' access to the Service
- Engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure
5. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
6. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise plans may include a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Specific uptime commitments and service credit terms, when offered, will be set out in a separate SLA document signed at contract execution.
7. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We will never sell your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEZONENET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- You may export your data within 30 days
- Outstanding fees remain payable
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
