Team and Business are billed for each active member. Devices are pooled: Team allows 20 devices per member and Business 50, shared across the organization. Suspended members are not billed.
Yes. Team is $6 per member per month billed monthly, or $5 billed annually. Business is $12, or $10 billed annually. That saves up to 17%.
Team and Business start with a 14-day trial through Stripe Checkout. Billing per member starts when it ends unless you cancel first.
Yes. Change or cancel your plan in the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference. Adding or removing members adjusts your bill automatically.
Nothing is deleted. Routes, SSO settings, roles and devices you set up stay in place. You can't add more of what the lower plan doesn't include until you upgrade again.
